ZAAL5 is the Filmhuis Den Haag's platform for visual culture. Exploring the relations between cinema and visual arts and between film, video and other disciplines, its programming reflects the diversity of disciplines that draw on moving images, in whatever way. ZAAL5 is dedicated to the contemporary dynamic interaction between media, makers and exhibition possibilities, and offers a laboratory fit for producing as well as presenting, where trends are both registered and developed.
